David R. Povlitz
Mr. Povlitz is the founder of Anago International, Inc., (AII) the predecessor to Anago Franchising, Inc., (AFI) and Anago Cleaning Systems (ACS) the parent company to AFI. Mr. Povlitz began his career in the building maintenance field by first founding Professional Building Maintenance, Inc. a janitorial service company in Detroit, Michigan in 1974 and developed many of the cleaning methods used by Anago today. In 1990, he began franchising those methods in Florida through AII. In 1995, he formed AFI to sell Master Franchises nationally. Mr. Povlitz is also the owner of the South Florida Master Franchise.
Terry M. Mollica
Mr. Mollica is co-founder of AFI and ACS and was appointed Vice President and COO in July 1995. He was appointed President and CEO of AFI in April, 2004. He is co-developer of the NBDS and IGAS computer systems currently used by Anago. Mr. Mollica has over 20 years of operational and management experience in the janitorial franchise industry.
Adam D. Povlitz
Executive Vice President
Mr. Povlitz joined AFI in September 2009 and was appointed Director of Human Resources / Franchise Development in January 2010. In September 2010 he was appointed Vice President - Operations. In January 2013 Mr. Povlitz was appointed Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Anago, he was employed by IBM Corporation as the Growth Initiatives & Expense Analyst for IBM North America Sales & Distribution in Somers, New York. Mr. Povlitz also holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Nova Southeastern University.
Vice President - Marketing
Mrs. Walker joined AFI in August 2001 and became Director of Franchise Marketing in 2002. She was appointed Vice President - Marketing in February, 2005. Mrs. Walker started with AII in 1994 and became head of the telemarketing department in August 1994. In April 1998, she became Director of Telemarketing for the South Florida Master Franchise. Previously, she was Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing for Windows on the World Restaurant in New York City. She is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
Vice President - Internal Operations
Ms. Povlitz has served as our Compliance Banking Officer since January 2010 and our Director of Financial Systems / Human Resource Manager since September 2012. In January 2013 Ms. Povlitz was appointed Vice President – Internal Operations. Ms. Povlitz has also served as a Director of Anago of South Florida since January 2006 and served in that company’s Operations and Accounting Department from 2000 through 2010. Ms. Povlitz holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Everest University.
Paulina Jean Louis
Director of Compliance
Mrs. Jean Louis was hired as the Administrative Assistant for Anago Franchising, Inc. in February 2009, she was then appointed to Banking Coordinator in July 2010; she became Corporate Projects Coordinator in November 2011, and as of April 2013, Mrs. Jean Louis was appointed Director of Compliance. Mrs. Jean Louis is attending Florida Atlantic University and is currently completing a Bachelors degree in Finance.
Director of Master City Support
Mrs. Powers has been employed at Anago Franchising, Inc since 2012. Prior to her current role as Director of Master City Support / Corporate Events, she served as Compliance Officer from March 2012 – February 2013. Mrs. Powers worked for Anago of South Florida as Director of Marketing from July 2007 – March 2012. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Communication from Florida Atlantic University in May 2008.
